Do Happy Beds products come with a warranty?
Happy Beds offers a five-year manufacturer’s guarantee, meaning that if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the product - and can provide images of the faults, for example, if your Happy Beds mattress has begun to prematurely sag in places - you will be able to claim on the warranty of the product.
How much is Happy Beds delivery?
If your item only needs one person to deliver it to your home, Happy Beds will offer free delivery from Monday-Friday on most products, to the majority of postcodes in the UK. You will often be able to choose which day the courier delivers, dependent on stock levels, but do be advised that the person delivering your item will only be able to take it to the ground floor of your address - if you require help bringing the item up stairs or a lift in your building, you will need to choose and pay for a different delivery option. One of these is ‘Specific Day, 2-Man’ delivery, which incurs a charge of £25, and means that two people will arrive at your address on a day of your choice between Monday and Friday, and deliver the item to a room of your choice.
When choosing a product on the website, make sure you look at the ‘Delivery Checker’ tool, which will let you see available delivery options for the item you’re hoping to purchase. This tool is available at the checkout stage and you will be able to see any extra costs you’ll need to pay here.
What is the Happy Beds returns policy?
If you decide you no longer want your items after they arrive, Happy Beds will refund the full cost of the product(s) on return. You will be responsible for returning the items, using a courier of your choice, within 15 working days of the original delivery. The items must be returned in their original packaging when you return them.
Can you customise your order from Happy Beds?
Yes! Happy Beds offer a build-your-own-bed service. Simply click this button on the website and you’ll see several options for the different components of your bed - including the frame of the bed, the colour of the bed, the shape and style of the headboard, the base depth of the bed frame, and whether or not you would like an Ottoman bed or a selection of different storage drawers underneath the bed.

How to use Happy Beds promo codes
- Choose which Happy Beds products you would like to purchase, ensuring that you have chosen the right size of bed, mattress, or piece of furniture for your space.
