When is the next Wickes sale?
Even when there isn't a discount code around, you can still get your hands on a great deal at Wickes. Does Wickes offer a new customer discount code?
Wickes offers a 10% first-order discount code if you work in construction or work in a relevant business with the Wickes Trade Pro scheme. There isn't a new customer discount code for people who aren't working in the industry though.
Does Wickes offer a student discount or NHS discount?
Wickes does not currently offer discounts for NHS staff members or students. To keep on top of the latest discounts for NHS staff workers, sign up to the Blue Light Card where you can see a list of the retailers offering discounts.
Does Wickes have free delivery?
Wickes does have free delivery but you need to spend over £85 to qualify for it. Depending on the product, deliveries weighing over 375kg come with a £30 delivery charge, and Saturday deliveries may also incur an additional £5 charge. Delivery is available to most UK postcodes but there are some exclusions; see the Wickes website for the full list of postcodes that it cannot deliver to.
What is the Wickes returns policy?
With Wickes orders, you can return them within 30 days from the date of purchase. It must be in the same condition as you bought it, including being in its original packaging and you must provide proof of purchase. If you have received a faulty item this can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. If your item develops a fault after this time, Wickes will repair or replace it.
Does Wickes products come with a warranty?
Wickes offers long warranties for most of its high-ticket items. For example, all baths and pottery come with a 25-year warranty while bathroom furniture and sinks come with a 10-year warranty. This assurance of quality and long-term care commitment is what sets Wickes aside from competitors.
Does Wickes have a price match promise?
Yep, Wickes offers a price match promise, so if you find an equivalent product, kitchen or bathroom cheaper locally, you'll get the price matched. This means you have a great opportunity to save on high-ticket items before even applying any voucher codes. You can take advantage of this policy either before purchasing an item or within seven days of buying it. Requests must be made in-store, this does not apply to online purchases.
Does Wickes fit bathrooms and kitchens?
Yes, Wickes offers an installation service for both bathrooms and kitchens. After you’ve decided on your bathroom or kitchen, an installer will come around to conduct a technical installation survey. If everything is okay, you’ll then agree on a delivery date when a team of experienced installers will come around to remove your old kitchen or bathroom before installing your new one.
