FAQs

Can I use more than one Not on the High Street discount code?

NOTHS does actually allow you to add more than one discount code per order - woohoo! So if you've found two discount codes for different products you can add them both at the checkout and get discounts on both items. Make sure you read the T&Cs of your codes before heading to the checkout so you know exactly what they work on.

Does Not on the High Street have sales?

NOTHS doesn't have a sale that runs throughout the year but there are often seasonal sales and sales on specific product categories. Sales will normally have big discounts, for example, up to 50% off in the summer sale and 40% off in the Black Friday sale. We recommend signing up for the NOTHS newsletter so you can be the first to know when the offers are live - just don't forget to also check this page for any Not on the High Street coupons!

Is there a Not on the High Street student discount?

Yep, students get 10% off at NOTHS, so you can give thoughtful gifts for less! Just sign up to UNiDAYS and find the retailer’s discount codes on the app or website.

Can I get free delivery at Not on the High Street?

Whether or not delivery is free is dependent on the item you choose on the site. Because Not on the High Street offers products from lots of different small businesses and independent sellers, the delivery cost will be stated on the product page and it may differ between products (even from the same seller). Standard delivery is often free - and you can shop for products on the site by free delivery - but the maximum cost is £3.75. Tracked express delivery can be up to £6.95 per product, while Saturday delivery, if available, is £10.95. If you are ordering for a loved one overseas, many sellers will ship internationally, but delivery costs will be higher.

How long will Not on the High Street delivery take?

Delivery times depend on the specifics of the item you’ve ordered. Some products will have a delivery time of up to several weeks, due to the time it could take the seller to make your order (especially if it is personalised). Delivery will be made within the timeframe stated on the product page, and tracking is often available so you can see your item’s journey.

Can I return items to Not on the High Street?

While lots of products from NOTHS can be returned within 28 days of receiving your order, there are some items that cannot be returned to the seller. These include personalised items such as engraved jewellery, perishable products such as food or fresh flowers, items that have been commissioned by the customer and made to order, and products with a hygiene seal where the seal has been broken, such as underwear, makeup or swimwear.

How do I contact Not on the High Street?

To contact the NOTHS customer service team, you can fill out a contact form on the website. It normally takes between 5-6 days for them to reply to messages.

Does Not on the High Street sell gift cards?

Yes indeed, and if you're not sure what to order but know your gift recipient would love something from NOTHS, then a gift card is the perfect option. You can get a gift card from £5-£500 so whatever budget you're working with you can choose what's right for you.
