Is there a Phase Eight NHS discount?
If you’re a key worker, Phase Eight is offering you an exclusive 15% discount. This applies to those who work in NHS and healthcare, teachers, police and fire services, charity, care and social, and the government. Can I get free delivery at Phase Eight?
You can get free standard delivery but it's only available for orders over £150. When your order doesn't reach the £150 spend threshold, it costs just £2.95. Standard delivery tends to take between 3-5 working days to arrive.
Does Phase Eight have a next day delivery option?
Need your Phase Eight shopping quicker? No problem, order by 2pm, Monday-Thursday and you can have your shopping delivered with Next Day Delivery for £6.

Can I collect my Phase Eight order in-store?
Yes, there's a Phase Eight click & collect service and it's the most cost-effective method. Its free for all orders but bear in mind it takes 5-7 working days, so make sure to plan those Phase Eight occasion outfits ahead of time.
What is Phase Eight’s returns policy?
Phase Eight offers free returns via post or in stand-alone stores (not concessions) within 28 days of the purchase date, providing they’re unused and you have proof of purchase. Branded items that are sold via the Phase Eight site, but are not Phase Eight products can not be returned to a store and must be sent back via post. Phase Eight is unable to offer exchanges for online orders, instead, you will need to place a new order and return your original order separately. Once orders have been placed, Phase Eight is unable to cancel items, however, you will still have 28 days to return the item from your purchase date. International orders can be returned by individual countries' postal systems and will be charged accordingly.

Phase Eight offers a personal styling service for those that want to gain an expert’s eye on their wardrobe. There is no charge or minimum spend for this service, and it’s ideal for those looking for a closet revamp, a Phase Eight wedding guest dress, or even a Phase Eight wedding dress. There are two options, an ‘In-Store’ appointment that lasts for 60 minutes, with a personal stylist, or a ‘Click and Collect’ option, so you can try on in the comfort of your own home. Once you book, you’ll be asked to fill out a survey to help your stylist get a better feel of your likes, dislikes, and needs, and then they’ll do the rest. Simple!
