Does Plumbworld have free delivery?
The price you’ll pay for delivery on your Plumbworld item depends on what products you choose. Standard delivery is free for smaller items but if you’re ordering a larger product, you’ll need to pay a ‘Large Item Bulky Delivery Cost’, which starts at £39.97. The exact charge you’ll pay will depend on the size of your item and how far the courier has to travel from the Plumbworld distribution warehouse. You'll find out exactly how much once you're on the checkout page. You don't need to enter a free delivery discount code as free shipping is automatically applied at the checkout if your items qualify for it.
Can I track my Plumbworld order?
Yes, tracking is available once you place your order and the delivery method is confirmed. You will also be given contact details for the courier who is delivering your items. For smaller deliveries, a courier will deliver your items up until 7pm on the day of delivery, and for bulky deliveries, someone will need to be at home for delivery (and the courier will require a signature).
What is Plumbworld's returns policy?
Plumbworld offers a returns policy of a whole year, so if you decide you want to return your new item, you have 365 days to change your mind. Customers have to cover the cost of their return, but the initial delivery charge will be refunded along with the cost of the item.

Does Plumbworld have a showroom?
As an online-only store, there is no Plumbworld showroom and customers aren’t able to view the products sold by Plumbworld in person. However, with a one-year returns policy, it’s easy to get your money back if the product isn’t quite what you expected.
