Emma Bridgewater is currently running one-and-a-half-hour sessions where you can decorate some pottery! Prices start from £7 and there's a range of different types of pottery you can decorate. You're welcome to book more than one session if you'd like longer than the allotted time. Once you've decorated your pottery, it'll be glazed and fired, which takes about 2 weeks. Once it's complete, you can get it sent back to you (it's free for orders over £40 and £5 for orders under). 

Does Emma Bridgewater do NHS discount?

You can get free standard shipping at Emma Bridgewater when your order is over £50. When your order is under £50, it will cost £5. Standard orders take between 3-5 days to arrive. If you've ordered a personalised item it can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. 

Does Emma Bridgewater do next day delivery?

If you'd like your order delivered as quickly as possible, you can take advantage of the next-day delivery service for £7.95. However, it's worth noting that next-day delivery isn't available for personalised orders - that can take up to 2 weeks.  

Can I return items to Emma Bridgwater?

Items can be returned to Emma Bridgewater within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, Emma Bridgewater doesn’t offer free returns for unwanted items - however, if your item is faulty, get in touch and they will discuss your options with you. The brand supplies a return postage label for use in the UK for £6, but if you’re overseas, a refund is not available to you unless your item is faulty. Emma Bridgewater does not allow exchanges to be made between items. You also can't return personalised items. 

Is Emma Bridgewater sustainable?

All of Emma Bridgewater’s products are made with sustainable practices, including digging the clay from the ground, casting, sponging and fettling it, firing the clay in a kiln, and then decorating and glazing the products. When your order arrives, it’ll be packaged with eco-friendly packagings such as cardboard boxes, paper bubble wrap and paper tape, to minimize harm to the planet when you dispose of the packaging.
