Does Wayfair have Black Friday sales?
Yes, Wayfair does have Black Friday sales that tend to run through until Cyber Monday, so you do have a few days to pick up some goodies for your home and garden. Is there a Wayfair first order discount?
Yes indeed, you can get £15 off your first order over £150 when you sign up for the Wayfair newsletter. To join the mailing list and get your discount code, head over to the Wayfair website, scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your email address in the box that says 'Email address'. You'll then get your discount code sent to your inbox.
How much is Wayfair delivery?
Most orders from Wayfair ship for free, as you qualify for free delivery once you spend at least £40. For those spending under £40, the cost of shipping is £4.99.
Can you choose a delivery date on Wayfair?
Unlike many websites, Wayfair doesn’t have set delivery options as it uses numerous suppliers, the majority of whom ship direct to the customer once an order has been placed. Instead, once your order has been placed, accepted and dispatched, Wayfair will update you on the progress of your delivery and you can keep tabs on the process through the ‘My Orders’ section of the website where you can use your tracking number to stay up to date with delivery dates and changes.
What is Wayfair's returns policy?
You can return items to Wayfair within 30 days of purchasing. You will need to go to the ‘My Orders’ section of the site to start the process of the return and ensure items are returned in their original condition, in the original packaging, or at least suitably packaged for their return journey. Returns to Wayfair are not free and costs will be deducted from your refund. You can arrange for Wayfair to collect and return your item and for a small package this can be between £4.99 and £9.99, or £20 and £50 for a large item.
What payment methods does Wayfair accept?
Wayfair accepts a number of payment methods including: Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as payment platforms Apple Pay and PayPal. You can also spread the cost of your payments via Klarna or ClearPay (although charges may apply).

Head to the 'Contact Us' page on the Wayfair website and click the messenger button to start a conversation with Wayfair's virtual assistant. If you have any questions about your order, you can also call the customer service team at 0800-169042. Customer service hours are 7am-10pm 7 days a week.

Is there a Wayfair NHS discount?

Shop Wayfair Open Box Deals: Even though Wayfair accepts returns, they can’t necessarily put those items back into stock. The Open Box section is where items that have been returned but are in perfectly saleable condition are sold off at a discounted price, as they are not seen as entirely new anymore. One person’s returned goods become another person’s discounted treasures.

How to use Wayfair discount codes
- Check out our latest Wayfair voucher codes, once you've found the offer, click the 'Get' Code' box then the 'Copy' box.
- Head to the Wayfair website, add all the items you wish to purchase to your cart and click the shopping cart icon in the top right hand corner.
- Click ‘Review Your Basket’. This will take you to your shopping cart page.
- At the bottom right hand corner of your shopping cart page, there is a clickable link, named ‘Add Gift Card / Promo Code’. Click on this phrase
